Pricing faq
Yes — you add a card at signup to start the checkout, but you’re not charged during the 14 days. Cancel before the trial ends and nothing is billed.
Your plan scales at $5/month per extra staff seat. Field agents and clients don’t count toward this — they’re free and unlimited either way.
It’s a $10/month add-on.
NZD.
Card payments, processed securely through Stripe. Trackr never sees or stores your card details.
Fees already paid aren’t refundable, except where the law requires it. If you cancel, you keep full access until the end of your current billing period — you just won’t be charged again after that.
Yes. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You get a 30-day window afterward to export your full agency data yourself via Agency Settings.
It’s automatic and prorated — adding a staff member beyond your included 2 adds NZ$5/month to your next invoice; removing one drops it. Before any action that would add to your bill, Trackr shows you the actual dollar amount first, not just a surprise on the next invoice.
No. Only agency-staff seats are billed. Agents and client contacts are free and unlimited, no matter how many you invite.
Security faq
AWS, Asia Pacific (New Zealand) region. Data doesn’t leave New Zealand except for specific opted-in features that genuinely need an overseas provider — address autocomplete, AI rewrite, invoice sync, payments.
Only people with real agency membership, checked fresh on every request. Trackr’s own support/admin team can’t view your data or log in as one of your users without someone at your agency explicitly granting time-limited access — capped at 1 hour, revocable any time, fully logged in your Agency Settings.
You have 30 days after cancellation to self-serve export everything (jobs, notes, attempts, photos, financial assessments, clients, invoices, your team roster). After that window, the account and its records are deleted per our retention policy. Financial-assessment records and driver’s-licence scans follow their own, shorter retention rules regardless of when the subscription itself ends.
HTTPS is enforced everywhere. Xero connection tokens and any AI-provider API keys you configure are encrypted at rest. Documents and financial-assessment files (including driver’s-licence scans) are stored on a private AWS disk that’s never reachable by a bare public URL.
No. It’s opt-in per agency — nothing is sent anywhere unless your agency connects its own Anthropic or OpenAI key, and only the specific text you click “rewrite” on is sent, never the rest of the job record.
Only their own agency’s jobs, and only the specific fields your agency has marked client-visible — arrears/fees can be hidden at your discretion, and agent identity is never shown to clients.
General faq
A field-operations platform for process-serving, repossession and debt-collection agencies. Agency staff track jobs, field agents log what happened — attempts, repossessions, financial assessments — from wherever they are, and an agency’s own clients can check status without a phone call. Available as a web app and a native iOS app, both talking to the same backend.
Process-serving, repossession and debt-collection agencies in New Zealand and Australia. Three kinds of users: agency staff (full visibility, plus settings/billing), agents (see and act on jobs assigned to them, across every agency they work for), and clients (read-only, limited to fields marked client-visible).
In development. iOS has a full native app today; Android subscribers can use the mobile-responsive web app in the meantime.
Yes, on iOS. Out of signal, an attempt, repo report, financial assessment or note queues locally and syncs the moment the device is back online.
Yes — an optional, agency-initiated OAuth connection. Trackr never sees your Xero login credentials.
Self-serve at trackr-app.co.nz/start-trial — no sales call required.
Yes — agents see the day’s routable jobs on a map, can select which to include, and get one-tap directions in Apple Maps or Google Maps.
